Im going to be staying in punta cana
and it seems like a 4 hour drive each way
to the capital santo domingo
Can we fly from punta cana too santo
domingo ????????????
is there any info some where
how much etc
seems the best way to go

there are direct flights to punta cana from the states

There daily flights from Punta Cana to Santo Domingo with American Airlines.

Check AA and then point out the flight #'s between 2 Dominican cities - you will find none. They fly from / to PUJ to Puerto Rico, Florida, and NY.
