an airport agent was working at the podium of a flt destined for the UK; the very long line was steadily moving as she interacted with customers one at a time. In the back of the line a gentleman became irate because he was at the very back of the line. he walked abruptly to the front of the line and pounded on the counter.
As soon as he opened his mouth to yell at her, she stoped him and said,
Agent: I'm sorry sir, but you have to wait your turn, currently I'm interacting with this customer, you have to wait your turn.
Passenger: *#@*@*#, I want service now....! *@#$%*^&.
Again she apoliged and told him...
Agent: Sir you must wait your turn.
Passenger: Well if you're not gonna give me service, then F*#* YOU..!
Agent: I'm sorry, but you have to stand in line for that too

Agent: I'm sorry, but you have to stand in line for that too
