In my small town a question has surfaced and I told everyone I would ask. Is there a law here in the DR that says that you can or cannot sell things in front of a church, on the sidewalk or in public parks. Thank you in advance for your help.

Never heard of that there should be.. others than the laws of the street...
Here in POP there are vendors everywhere, on sidewalks, in each and every park ( central park, parque Lupeon, parque liberdad, parque de los bomberos), also in front of the cathedral...
If there is such a law, they are all working despite the law...
