Is there any way I can go after him for child support? The USA government tell meeven if he were to agree to child support then would stop paying there is nothing they can do. He is consatly going back and forth from DR to Germany. Please help!

Yes, your child has the right to receive support from his or her father (Articles 170 and 171 of Law #136-03 - "Codigo del Menor"). You can begin proceedings against him here in the Dominican Republic if he lives here.
