LaRamana place to stay

Would like to know of a place to stay there that is not all inclusive.We hope to return there next month for only a few days. This trip we will not travel much so we need a good location close to things. Thanks Laura

There are a couple of decent choices within the town of La Romana itself. Olimpo is a nice enough hotel in the center of town, or you can stay at one of two cheaper pensiones. Email me directly and tell me what your price range is and I'll send you a recommendation with telephone number, address and so on. If you're in the DR for pleasure rather than business, though, I would recommend staying in nearby Bayahibe, where there are a lot of good, cheap cabanas set right on the sea.
