I will be setting up a trust fund for my girlfriend and her children. I have no experience with trusts, but I assume that it should be administered in the States, not in the Dominican Republic. They live in the DR, and I live in New York at present. It would be great if the trust could be in the DR, as she would have better communication with the administrators, but I feel safer with her money in the US. Any advice would be appreciated. - D
