Advertising and Marketing Agencies

Hi All

I am visiting the Dominican Republic for the first time in May next year and was wondering if you can tell me if the DR has any advertising or marketing agencies / firms? And if you would recommend any in particular. Location doesn't matter as I will be travelling all around your beautiful country.
