Looking at those images it looks like it wasn't just a vaginal lift. It looks as if he used the laser to reshape the labia in a way that it does not stick out anymore. Do women's labia stick out when they get old?

Not only as they get old but usage also has to do the most with that.

What's LDS? I watched some porns but the women whose labia stick out I thought it was because that is just the way that they were made. They do have different ones out there. In all shapes and sizes. I didn't think that age had anything to do with it.

I think that lots of use and/or natural childbirth cause the distention that you refer to.
