I'll be back in DR in another month and then some . . . at last! I'd really like to do some good scuba diving this time around. Can you all recommend good dive sites? I'm thinking about Monte Cristi - - because there are supposed to be some great ship wrecks there available to divers. Any other North Coast sites? Will have wheels, so open to other areas as well. Thanks.
