Just wanted to send out a quick thank you to Verizon for their outstanding customer service, I have never seen a company screw something up so many times.
It all started about 2 weeks ago when I called to upgrade my Flash internet speed and was told that it would be upgraded in about 24 hours.
Well the update came through as promised, my internet speed was updated from 380Kbps to 0kbps. That's right, they cut my internet off completely for about a week. When it came back it was 128kbps, and I called to complain about that and Verizon responded my cutting it off again. Yet another call got them to restore the 128, and finally after two weeks of disconnecting and reconnecting the service I now have what appears to be the upgraded speed I ordered 2 weeks ago.
Amazing, they were able to fill my order for faster speed allowing me to pay them more money and I only had to call them like 7 times and go about 10 days with no service at all.
Now I am told they owe me a credit for all those days with no service but who would dare to wake that sleeping dog and risk it slobering all over my nice fast connection? Better to pay the money I say than alert the monkey wrench throwers of a potential target.
Props to Verizon Dominicana, not hard to figure out why your daddy sold you to the Mexicans.
