first-timer here and to DR. i am looking to make this trip a bit of a videologue ~ are there any particular events happening mid-july on the north coast? from everything i am hearing, the country has incredibley breathtaking natural beauty that i am hoping to enjoy. a smattering of the cultural beauty surrounding a national or local event would take it over the top.....
