Hi. For a woman married to a dominican citizen I know there is a fast way to apply for citizenship. But does the husband need to have economic solvency?

no we both need to work but there was a thread about residence and how you need a dominican guarantor with economic solvency and I was wondering if the same was applying for citizenship, that's all
1% of the men are solvent at best, so if this was a requirement they may as well toss out the whole program.
