Mail to Veron Punta Cana

I need to send mail to my friend who is living in Veron Punta Cana but he does not have an address there. Does anyone know if there is a main Post Office there or in Bavaro as he is useless at finding out information for me. If not how does anyone receive there mail?

If he is unable to find out the nearest post office then you might as well assume that he is not interested in getting you mail.
I'm sure there's a post office in Higüey or even nearer.

I'm sure there's a western union nearby...you can send him a message with the money...

It is not a Dominican actually and I am not sending money it is a document from home that he needs. I thought that this would be a place to get advice not just full of cynical smart arses.
