I plan do do some audiovisual works here, but it will be done for a foreign company with no representation here. The problem is the way the contracts can be done with actors, release forms for interviews, etc
I've checked some lawyers but did not get something clear.
could the contract be done in name of a foreign company? or a local company should be incorporated to sign the contracts?
