Arrival of a very special baby - Joshua

Those of you who know Saskia (Emma from the UK) may have known that she and her husband Jonathan from Puerto Plata were expecting a baby. For medical reasons, Joshua Familia Parsons entered the world last Friday 29th. September a full 2 months ahead of schedule - very non-Dominican as Emma said today :laugh: So, he is tiny but really, really cute (I just watched the video) :) .

I know everyone will join with me in wishing young Joshua a happy birthday. Mother and baby are doing fine: Emma is now out of hospital but Joshua remains in hospital for at least another 6 weeks.

Thank you all for your congratulations ;)

Joshua is doing really well, small but strong and learning new little things each day. Mummy and Daddy are really proud, we both spent ages laughing at his first little sneeze today ... pathetic I know! I'm not quite sure where time goes when I hold him but nothing else seems to matter or compare ... I guess he's stolen our hearts!

Here are a couple of new photos of our little Josh, he came home 2 weeks ago and is doing really well. He is now 4.3lbs and is a child of the night! Mummy and Daddy are becoming used to the sleepless nights! lol;)
