The photo taken by a tourist during his visit to the DR is included in the BBC Wildlife Magazine and London Natural History Museum exhibition. The photo won amongst 18,000 entries from 55 countries.
17-year old Rick Stanley from the US won the prize for Young Wildlife Photographer of the Year for his digital photo of a snake about to eat a frog.
The exhibition opens to visitors of the Natural History Museum and will then tour across the UK and five continents.
