I have a little question. Last year I have worked in Punta Cana for a couple of months for a canadian tour operator. My visa is getting expired in a few days. I am going back this winter for another season but I wont have time to do a new visa bc it was a last minute situation. The whole time I was there, I was never asked for a visa except on my return. My question is, do I really need a visa if I work for the same tour operator, or can I just pay the 500$pesos on my way back in 6 months? If so, any idea of the cost to extend my actual visa (which I would do in SDQ)? Im a bit confused as Im scared to work without a visa, but some people are telling me I dont really need one, I can only pay taxes at the airport?!!
