Interest rates

Interests rates have fallen steadily for the past two-three years....
Prime rate is down.
Major banks vary little. Depending on the size of a deposit, you can still get double figure interest from most banks.

Nova Scotia is here but not "officially" a part of the Canadian entity.
Citibank is here, but I think they have dumped their personal banking portfolio.

Try Popular or León....pretty solid folks.
