Negotiations have been ongoing for some time with Eagle and DR gov't with some hitches that have slooooooowed the process and AE not expected to fly before at least mid '07 from SJU earliest. For the time being none of the LCC's are looking at Catey seriously until demand is obvious to their pre-requisites. For the near future it's charter only....Canada, Europe, et. al. Don't look for sked service for a good while from the US. Catey remains the flirtatatious little sister of the b.tch we all know. She'll grow up one day to be on her own but has yet to be labeled.
