To put the house on the Certificate of Title, you need to:
(1) Have the plans for the house approved.
(2) Hire a surveyor to locate the house within the plot.
(3) Submit the approved plans with your Certificate of Title and the survey to the Superior Land Court. For this you will need a lawyer.
