the guy had a main house with a small outside bar, a swimming pool and a house with 4 units.
the motel was located on a small hill on a dirt road.
the owner is from waldkirch germany and I think he was married to a dm woman.
he is about 5'6", in his 50s, bold on his upper forehead and he had a mustache.
I can't remember his name or the name of the place.
