I understand Playa Naco at Playa Dorado has been sold by Jonny Bernal to a Spanish based hotel chain... Celuilsma. Apparantly they own a hotel in Cabarate:Hotel Celuisma Para?so [http://www.celuisma.es/]

Can anyone provide information and details about this.

This information is correct.
The Hotel is now called Tropical Playa Dorada Resort & Spa.
They are planing to spend $25.000.000 Dollars to renovate in the next six months.

The Hotel in Cabarate is called Sea Grape.

When I worked at Playa Naco years ago, it was owned by Naco Hoteliers (Spain) and its' sister hotel was the Dorado Naco. Did Dorado Naco get sold too, or had it been sold since I never hear its name anymore?
