Bus schedules

I'm travelling to Puerto Plata in late May and I wanted to take a day (or two) trip down to Boca Chica & Santo Domingo. I wanted to know how to get a hold of the intercity bus schedules, preferrably from Metro or Caribe, without calling them directly. Does anyone know of a fax, or better yet, an e-mail I can use?
