I plan to stay in santo domingo for three years or more. Can you give me any information about renting an apartment? How much is the market value renting an apartment near UNIBE? I appericate all the help I can get. thank you

The university has an office that helps relocate students. Have you contacted them. Expect to pay about RD$6,000 for a one bedroom unfurnished apartment.
