Giovanni You are joking. Most of the town halls and police stations are using at best manual typewriters with one finger typing. That is not a joke but for real. One is they do not have funds for such equipment or personel, secondly they do not have electric power constantly and also could not afford the backup power equipment. WE ARE NOT IN NORTH AMERICA OR EUROPE.
