I am searching for information on how to get a passinger ferry from Mayaguez to the Dominican. I am aware of ferriesdelcaribe, but could not find out more information from the website.
Because of the new WHTI law (US, I am a US citizen), I need to travel by sea because I do not have a passport, only birth certificate and U.S. drivers license.
Are there any other ferries I can check out?
