El Tigre....you asked a few months ago about wether STI had a new food court opened up , upstairs . I posted that there was none then. This past monday I saw a 4x8 peice of dry way leaning against the very end of the wall by the windows....I went over and checked it out....I slid it sideways and looked in...sure enough they are finnishing a large are off in there....it looks to be close to 1/2 or 3/4 the size of the area open upstairs where you wait to go through the gates....so maybe it will be an outbound food court...or more duty free shops...who knows.
