You also need a lawyer who knows real estate, title inspection/insurance,and a check of electric,water,telephone,and any other services that may have balances due!!!
Look out for that "TITLE"! Many are not "clear"! Owners have been known to take out second loans and then sell the property to unsuspected buyers!!!
