We are thinking of going to one of the Riu hotels in Bahia Maimon, but can't decide which one. The Mambo is about ?100 per person cheaper than the other two. Is there much of a difference , or is the Mambo not of the same standard ?
Mambo is not quite as good. The Merengue is better and the Bachata is best. However, you are entitled to use the amenities of all 3 hotels. The only restriction is that the evening meal must be in your own hotel. Great food at all 3.
As the previous poster stated you have access to all 3 . IMO the Bachatta rooms are not worth the price difference. Take the Mambo at the lower cost.
If you go to this complex take a 1 minute taxi ride to the village of Maimo and help out the kids . Bring toothbrushes and other dollar store stuff . They will appreciate it.
