Construction at Iberostar Bavaro.....

Hi friends. I will be there in a few days and heard something about building...
Please any help about that.
Can I notice that everywhere? Is that close to the buffet? lobby?
Can I see the building project at the beach....lot of noise?
Can I feel the noise from the rooms?
Where are they building new stuff?
