Theft of Scrap Metal Article

Not only there. Guys here in Ontario drive around looking to steal scrap metal - aluminium, mild steel, copper, .... et al - from metal fabricators' bins. As the price of metals increases world wide, so does the price of 'scrap'. Blame it on China's and India's march to consumerism ... they all need cars, AC, refrigerators, stoves, modern pots & pans, ... and metal bars on their windows and doors.

Stupid chinese and indians wanting things that we have!!! Damn them all to hell!

Lets see if the accusations have any teeth. I'm only speculating, but looking at the amount of cooper exported the whole process seems well organized. We shall see in the coming days if anything will come of this.
