Can anyone give me some insight on how to buy an Orange prepaid phone card online?

I need to supply a friend with minutes but I would prefer not to wire money.

I seriously doubt it, but you can try their website or just call their local dominican number.

I am not even going to jump to conclusions, hahahahaha.
