I certainly hope this is a joke...

I'm browsing a website emarket.com.do and I found an ad that if I am reading it right (their Spanish doesn't seem the best...) someone placed, to sell their child??????????
Am I reading this wrong??? Did someone really place an ad for that??

Boy I'm gonna feel foolish for posting this if that's not what the ad says..lol

What a strange ad...:tired:
Wonder what the kid did...the parent sounds sort of violent according to the description:ermm:
But heaven forbid ever trying to tell a Dominican parent how to deal with their children!!:cheeky:

You mean that you don't think it's a joke, even after reading the part about the parent supplying an electro-shock collar?

Ingrid was in the salon the other day, and a woman came in with a baby that she was selling.

Her story was that it had been given to her by the mother who couldn't take care of it.

Can you imagine the legal problems you would have down the pike with an undocumented child? No birth certificate, no docs, nada??
I don't know this by experience, but I bet that it's not all that difficult to get a birth certificate for "your" newborn baby.

Man I hope this is a joke!

Also, the poster sure needs some work on that Spanish. In addition to use an electric shock collar for the "foul mouthed" offspring, the poster created a "special" belt apparently to beat the kid with and recommends clocking him upside the head to calm him!

Of course, it's a joke.
Otherwise, they'd be asking for more. :bunny::bunny::bunny:

I did? So what is the ad for then???
It's a joke in the form of an advertisement with a rather odd topic.

Your original post says:

"Am I reading this wrong??? Did someone really place an ad for that??"

And my reply was:

"You read it wrong."

-NALs  :)

Nals, he didn't read it wrong.
I don't know if you're just bored and looking to rag on someone, but maybe you could try kicking the dog instead.
The ad was clearly a joke, but the OP read it right.
