there are some very good deals in costamber at the moment just wondered if there are any English speaking people living there, i have some very good memory's of this place
Just got finished talking to a buddy about Costambar. He's directly in the path of the plume of smoke that beltches out of the Puerto Plata power plant. Yikes.
