Is there a legal limit to how much money a Dominican citizen with US permanent residency and green card can transfer annually? Does anyone know a web site with more information on this? Also, are there any legal issues in the US for money transfer from the sale of a home?

You can transfer as much money as you want here. You will be asked by the bank to veryify and swear to the origin of the money. The sale of property is fine. Just be aware that if you make false statements about 'anything' they will use this to confiscate your cash at a later date ... maybe.
