I want to by a house in the Cibao region . I prefer San Francisco de Macoris but Santiago is fine too, but i dont know where to look .

I am not sure what your question is (?). Almost everything is marked 4-Sale here.
Are you asking about comparative opinions about Santiago and SF de Macoris in general (that's not just comparing apples with oranges...)?

What are you looking to buy the huose for? Investment? Vacation home? Income producing property?

The Cibao region is very, very large.

I want to buy a vacation home and i need a website to show me homes in San Francisco de Macoris or Santiago for sale . i tried Supercasas.com but they only have Santiago but need to see some homes in SFCO .
