I want to fly with the Belgian airline Citybird to Bayahibe, hotel Casa del Mar. Anyone who can help me finding a touroperator who offers this package?

Citybird only flies to Punta Cana and Puerto Plata. Maybe next season they gonna fly again to Santo Domingo (I hope so!). So if you really want to fly with them, the only way is fly to Punta Cana and then take a transfert to Bayahibe. You can check Neckermann, Sunsnacks or Pegase (last one more expensive). The transfert from Punta Cana to Bayahibe would take approx. 2h30.

Now you can also fly with Sobelair who still flies to Santo Domingo (much closer). For the touroperators, I think Belgian International (?) works with them.

at this time the cheapest flight from Brussel is with IBERIA
and cotst about Bfr. 21.200,--(+tax)
it's a ticket fore at least 7 and at most 90 days.
you can leave brussel between 1/9/2000 and 10/12/2000.

On the other hand there is Martinair, flying from Amsterdam.
at the moment they offer a ticket fore at most 28 days fore the price of +/- Bfr. 16.000,-- (+tax)
You can leave amsterdam between 23/8/2000 and 31/10/2000
