Has anyone ever been to the LTI Sol de Plata in Puerto Plata? If so, could you be kind enough to give me your impressions please. In previous years, was it operating under another name? Thanks.

The LTI Sol de Plata actually is about halfway between Sosua and Cabarete. As far as I know, it has always been LTI Sol de Plata. It is a beautiful property, but having never stayed there, I can't offer much more of a comment. Have a nice trip!
I will be there this weekend I will let ya know. I am looking fo information as well. But from what I heard it is a beatiful resort, but what do I know......we will see
