So far from what I've gathered you are interested in information on dating dominicans and have no idea where to meet them. And you live in NYC of all places.
You also don't know where there are any dominican hair salons, even though there is one on practically every corner in every latino neighborhood in the city.
They are usually right next to the dominican bodega.
I'm having trouble comprehending this level of naivete and my gut feeling is you are pulling our legs here.
