wow, the following maritime web sure sheds a dismal view on the Customs officials at the DR ports of entry. I am in hopes someone will be prompted to investigate, and weed out the bad players. The DR is my fav Carribean port, and have never had a problem. I hate to see the DR obtain this black eye. Capt. JD
