2. peanut (cacahuate/ man?)

3. walnut (nuez)

4. hazelnut (avellana)

5. almond (almendra)

6. chestnut (casta?a)

Dried Fruits (frutas secas)
1. fig (higo)
2. prune (ciruela pasa)
3. date (d?til)
4. raisin (pasa)

yeah, one is really big, green and round high up in the tree and the other is small, has a brown skin that you peel back to eat after it has been boiled with salt.... the second is a chestnut then?

Yes, the small brown-skinned ones are what we call chestnuts in the US. The big green ones, rough skin, are breadfruit [I think!]
