hi guys One of my clients ask me the following:
We are planning on closing down for 3 weeks at the end of this year. What should we pay employees for that time.
BTW they open the call Center in August so no one has 3 weeks worth of vacation time...
So agnets are upset and saying that if they are under salary and the company decides to have a collective vacation for 3 weeks they should be paid for 3 weeks time...
What Should I tell this Small call center.......

You either pay them or fire them or obtain a "suspension" from the Labor office. Those are your choices. A suspension must be justified and it's not easy to do so.

Is it not true that once the employee works for you for 90 days it is difficult to fire them for the purpose of rehiring them latter?
