How do I bring a 12 year old boy back to the US for a visit

I have made close friends with a poor Dominican family that has a 12 year old son, (same age as my son). I would love to bring this boy back to the US for approx. one month in the summer to meet and stay with my son. Can this be done and what would be the procedure be.

Look under travel requirements, visas for immigrant minors. there is a ton of info there if you browse around it. You could also call the U.S. Embassy Consular Section in SDQ and talk to a non-immigrant visa section consular officer. You not being the parent will likely make this a difficult process to get a visa, but best of luck.
