Every time I pass by la Calle Restauracion in the inner city of Santiago I can't help but notice a big wooden house that says Museo Masonico with a mason symbol on it. The house looks empty, does anyone know what's in there or what's that all about?

It is a Mason Lodge, one of the older ones inthe country. There are at least two in Santiago.

I always saw those, but never knew they were open or not. As a brother Mason, maybe I will poke my head in and check it out next time I am in town.

There is also a Masonic Lodge in the Capital in Zona Colonial. Also I think in San Pedro or La Romana can't remember which there is a very big temple there.

Generally it is open to the public, but these days we are under restoration since the building is very old and the roof is almost falling down.
We are conducting a series of events for fundraising. If interested please let me know.
