Playa Macao,Have you been there lately?

I'm looking for current or recent report on this beach. It used to have a place called Coco's Cabanas, does it still exist? Rates were cheap,[under $10us] any $$$ info. recently? If this playa is now developed, I'd like to know what's there now. Muchas Gracias! oldhippy!
