Dear Mahsam,

Read the message u posted on DR.com. Well the consulate of Dominican Republic used to be in Karachi (from where i got my visa) but this year it shifted to Lahore. Its an honarary Consulate which's operated by some Pakistani. I dont know the exact address of the Consulate but if u want i can find it out for U.
