Chinese Food


anyone eaten there? what are your thoughts


I ate there last Oct and it was better than expected. The server recommended a dish (can't remember the name)

It is basically chicken breast with brocolli and cauliflower, with side of fried rice.

They serve the chiicken in a separate skillet and it comes out piping hot.
Went down smooth with a few presidentes.

to add...

the chicken is in a nice brown sauce. The chicken breast is not cut up though

It is ok, but I recommend the Chinese restaurant located next to the casino near the monument. Also, there is a Japanese restaurant in the food court at Las Colinas Mall that has very good food.

I myself agree with Chip, Express Jade is far better, my wife ate a vegetable soup at the Plaza International and it was not desirable

Try Chino Rico (I think that's the name) on Juan Pablo Duarte near Ave Las Carreras.

It's not fast Chinese food, but outstanding Cantonese/Mandarine cuisine, large portions and very reasonable.

Highly recommend.

My favorite Chinese restaurant in Santiago is "Cafeteria Caribe" Autopista Duarte
in front of Banco Central.
