Last week the Playa Laguna residents were given a pleasant sight. After the tropical rain waters had damaged the entry road alongside with heavy truck trafic, our new neightbours Blue Green Condos decided to participate and give another first aid for the road to Playa Laguna.
This time the project contained also such machinery that we expect the road to hold in decent condition until the possible work can start for the final paved road. The expected start date for the final fix for the entry road has been estimated to be around September - October this year.
Another great news has been that the beach in Playa Laguna has been cleaned by the Blue Green Condos, and Playa Laguna residents are now able to enjoy the garbage free green areas and clean sand as part of everyday luxury living area.
