I cannot get my Orange voice mail to work correctly.

When people call me on my Orange cellular telephone (Alcatel OT-S120A), the recording just says that I am unavailable instead of allowing people to live me a voice message. I do not have a Max or Flex plan so is this why it wont let people leave messages for me? When I start working in Santo Domingo then I need for companies and people to be abe to leave me messages. I may just switch to Viva. I think Orange has gone down hill over the last past years or so.

For some reason your voice mail is not activated. Call *555 form your Orange phone and talk to a rep and ask for your voice mail to be activated. You will then need to set up the voice mail (greetings, password, etc.) by dialing *777. Maybe just try *777 first to see if it activates by "itself".
