five days in Bavaro. Good hotel, with golf at hotel or very near by. Would prefer non AI.if possible. If possible what are some of the good restaurants?

Good luck finding a non AI hotel in Bavaro. I'm no destination expert for that area but I have only heard of big time hotels down there.

The Punta Cana Hotel is non-AI with golf. Also Tortuga Bay which is a boutique hotel. See info on both in Luxurious Accommodations at PUNTACANA Resort & Club

Thanks all. Made the reservation yesterday and settled for a AI at Ocean Blue and Sand.Just as well since I don't have a car.
